ReplyDeleteDr Andeas Eenfeldt's The Food Revolution - AHS 2011 is available on You Tube and he's editted the slides into the presentation.
I think it makes a good introduction to general public and I think it's important to show that living without junk/processed food is possible and is being done by nearly 25% of the Swedish population.
